In una atmosfera quasi rarefatta, sospesi tra il cielo senza uno sbaffo di nuvole, un tramonto purpureo e il verde cangiante delle colline umbre, abbiamo potuto godere di una cena perfetta, con l’unica sbavatura di un piccolo gruppo di californiani estremamente rumorosi. Ogni piatto era curato ed estremamente delicato. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il brodino vegetale servito come amuse-bouche e la delicatezza del patè di fegatini di pollo. I came across Villa Cozzano on Instagram and I was apprehensive to book at first when I saw the only review on Opentable being rated at a 3/5. I went for it anyway and proposed to my partner during the meal and it quite literally is an ‘experience’ dinner, as advertised, that we will cherish forever. The setting is absolutely stunning. The owner has done an excellent job at creating a real experience ‘estate’ that feels like something out of a movie. Do not be fooled by the short drive through the village as when you reach the estate and enter through the gates it is absolutely beautiful. The food was excellent. I have dined at Michelin restaurants all over the world and experienced both expensive and relatively cheap wonderful dining experiences and Cozzano will go up there as a top 10 favourite. The produce is locally sourced and you can tell that the chef has paired the items with care. We had the beef fillet with truffle vegetables for our main course and it was delicious. The price is a little on the higher end for 5 courses, but the cost is worth it for a special occasion as it is a dinner experience that you will remember. (I booked pines left) We did not stay at Villa Cozzano and instead drove from Pienza around 30 minutes away, but it was simple to navigate to. It was our first time in Tuscany and the highlight was the sunset dinner. I would seriously recommend this place and if anyone is unsure about going for it, do it! It’s a once in a lifetime experience. Shout out to the wonderful young table staff, they were great and explained each course in detail. I did not catch her name but the young lady with the glasses was a real star. Thank you Villa Cozzano!

Personale molto attento, molto disponibile ad ascoltare e anche aperto ad attività extra, come ad esempio fare tour della zona.
