I was very impressed with our server remembering all of our names…he(Joel) was very good …on top of everything… If I had a complaint it’s not against Joel…when our food was brought out the servers seemed confused as to what the food was…they were calling it a different plate all together…that is why we couldn’t tell them where to place it… If our server would have brought the food out…I’m sure there would not have been confusion… Overall..our food was delicious!!

I am German born and I was able to eat schnitzel and spatzle for the first time in years because it was gluten free. And it was so delicious! I was so happy!

The food was amazing! Drinks were great too! Peach CobblerOld Fashion!!! Hands Down the very best Gnocchi I have ever had!!!! Absolutely melts in your mouth!!! The lamb was also exceptional. Do not sleep on going here, it is going to get very difficult to get in…..

The server went above and beyond to meet our needs.

We were celebrating our son’s 6th birthday and he only wanted Lou’s. We’ve been to other locations previously, but this was our first time at the Lakewood location as well as the first time celebrating a birthday there. All staff were pleasant and our server was phenomenal. She really made our son feel special and was genuinely interested in getting to know him. This is particularly important to us as our son is gifted and his personality, interests, maturity is that of a 10year+ old, not a 6 year old, which often surprises strangers. This beautiful quirk did not phase her one bit. In fact, she was loving the interaction. So, thank you so much for making our son feel like The King of the Day that he very much deserved!
