    We frequent Chart House often, and we are always so satisfied. My boyfriend got the soufflé esprossotini. It was SO good and unique. Not overly sweet, perfectly balanced. We started with mussels, shrimp cocktail and the spinach salad. Mussels were the best I’ve had in Jax, so tender and full of flavor. Crazy, but the spinach salad is my favorite item here. I literally crave this salad all the time. The warm bacon dressing is just chef’s kiss. I know it’s a seafood restaurant, but don’t sleep on their red meat! The NY strip was cooked perfectly, and my boyfriend enjoyed the prime rib. We always have great service here, but last night we had outstanding service from Jordan. One of the best servers we’ve had in Jax. We would definitely request him next time.

    We had never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was lovely! The service was FANTASTIC. Our waiter was friendly, patient and informative. We had a great experience. Food was delicious. We are all excited to go back again.
