Das Pegelhaus - Erbaut 1609 diente es zunächst als Rheinkran. Im Jahr 1839 dann als Pegelhaus Station. Um 1900 wurde der Kran auf dem Dach entfernt und zur Bundesgartenschau 2011 das Gebäude um ein weiteres Stockwerk erweitert.
