The Food, Service and Ambience is always 10/10 at the Whitehall, with the friendliest staff. Sunday Dinner is the best in Leeds by far and now the outside is back open its great to be able to enjoy a drink in the sun. My Favourite place in Leeds👌🏽👌🏽

Food, lager and wine were great! Very busy and a bit too noisy to begin with, but thats the way it can be in a popular restaurant. Our waitress was really helpfull and talkative, despite the place being very busy. We have been plenty if times in the past and will continue. A well run restaurant with great food and customer service.

Another superb experience at Bavette! The menu was even more amazing than usual with our choices mackerel and crab tartlet for starters and divine turbot for our mains. Somehow we squeezed in a cheese board and frangipani tart! I love that these guys are absolutely not resting on their laurels and the tide of incredible reviews they have received, Clement and team are just as focused on providing a wonderful experience as they were during our first visit a year ago. Already looking forward to next visit and would encourage any lovers of fabulous food served in a friendly atmosphere to visit!

Absolutely amazing experience, a true jewel of Leeds. Amazing atmosphere, great design, awesome cuisine. Our fillet stake was perfect, highlight of the night for my son, who I treated with a small celebration on his 18th. Useful to mention that he doesn’t like mashed potatoes in general but truly admired the mash served with his stake. The starters were top notch too (we shared beef tartar tacos & cheese and truffle croquettes, the latter were especially delicious). Argentine prawn cocktail was pretty memorable too ) The restaurant offers a great wine list split into Argentinian and world sections. We really appreciated some Californian red (Maggio, Zinfandel 2021 was just gorgeous). Very tasty desserts: we shared a chocolate tart which was very smooth and not too sweet, the way I love it. My son was also presented a complementary birthday apple crumble which came as a true surprise - even if you love it and familiar with its taste, this version would bring you some absolutely new impressions ) Many thanks to Eiden for providing great service and a perfect stake demonstration to help us make our mind. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10 - if you want to treat yourself or people you love, that’s the perfect place.
