Great atmosphere for 10 year anniversary dinner! Great service and food was great too!

We sat outside again at Kevin's on a wonderful Saturday evening and had a great meal. Mark, our waiter, was very good. Our meal consisted of the summer salads, the ginger & soy glazed salmon, and the shrimp & scallop sambuca. Dessert was the lava cake. Funny that this was actual the same meal we had at the start of the summer.

Food was terrific! Service in the vault was very slow, although the restaurant was not busy. It’s possible they were short on staff. It was almost as though we were forgotten about at times. We’d ordered a first and second course, prior to entrees. Rather than coming as they were ordered, in courses, they were all brought at the same time. The new restaurant manager, Brian, was very friendly and did jump in when he’d noticed we were waiting for service.

This is my first time at Rikasa rooftop I love it. Beautiful decoration , ambiance Excellent food and service Wilkes Barre/Scranton needs more places like this one !!

Very good service, very good food. I would recommend asking lots of questions about any dish you want to order.Trofie pasta was more like a seafood fra diavolo than what it outlined on the menu. It had some spice which was a little too much for my wife, unfortunately. Tuna appetizer was outstanding as well as my meal, which was the veal chop Parmesan. Desserts were also excellent. We would definitely go back.
