Restaurants near The Westin Wilmington

Last night we made a last-minute decision to go to Bardea for dinner. The place was packed but we sat at a table quickly. The food was so good. We normally get the spicy honey pizza. It was good however lacked enough sauce for the cheese and toppings to stay on the pizza, everything slid off but it was still soo good. Emily was an amazing server and each staff member was knowledgeable and attentive. RUN TO BARDEA!!!

Always have a great meal here! And the service is always friendly and accommodating.

Iron Hill is one of our favorites. We have several favorite beers that we like and love the cheesesteak eggrolls. This time I tried a dish I hadn't had before this time- the fried chicken sandwich. It's really the first time I was not happy with the meal. It was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato but the tomato was missing (our waitress did get me one upon request) and the chicken was overcooked and dry. I used some sauce from the eggrolls to try to moisten it a bit but that didn't help much. My husband had the crab cake sandwich and it was very good. Lots of crab and tasty.

This restaurant in the Westin Hotel was a surprise. The food is very good as was the service. The ambiance is lack luster and doesn’t fit the level of the cuisine. We will definitely be back when we are at an event at the river walk.
