Restaurants near New Jersey Children's Museum

First time here! Pleasant open space- quiet table near a window. Free give-away of marinated Olives, focaccia a pickled veggies was excellent. There was a wedding in the event space so service was probably affected. Shared a nice Barbera; then had Caesar salad and soft shell crab special for our friend. We shared the Branzino for two: served table side with delicious grilled veggies and potatoes: THE FISH WAS TENDER; juicy; flavorful- perhaps the best Branzino ever! And a bargain for 2! We will return!

We had a wonderful dinner at Park West Tavern. We ordered the oysters, potato croquettes, burger, halibut, and cobb salad. Everything was delicious. For dessert we had the coconut cloud cake, which was absolutely divine! Our waiter was also really nice. 5 star experience for sure.

Their cheese board is amazing and I love how they bring the desserts out on a plate for you to decide. Their gnocchi was hearty and my wife and I have enough for leftovers. Great beer selection too!

It was our first time dining here and we had a great experience all around. The food , the staff and the atmosphere were very good.

We were delighted with our dining experience at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. It is a step back in time in ambiance in a historical mansion. We loved the small rooms which created a coziness and quiet atmosphere so uncommon in most restaurants today. The service was superb and the food generally excellent. If you're looking for a unique, romantic dining experience, Ho Ho Kus Inn is the place to go. Of all the many restaurants we have dined at in Bergen County, this is our favorite.
