Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     This place was such a gem. I found it on TikTok of places to dine in Lake George and I’m so glad we did! We sat downstairs right next to the water. The view was glorious. The dinner rolls were so fresh and delicious. I had the salmon, baked potato and veggies. So wonderful.

    My husband and I were celebrating Fathers Day. We were able to eat outside on the patio, which we enjoyed very much. Our server Rebecca was very friendly and gave us her feedback about the different options on the menu. We ordered the Chicken Nachos and they were delicious. I ordered the Pea Raviolis in brown butter with sage and was over the moon. There was 5 ravioli which were very large and I could only eat 2 of them. Was so glad I could take the rest home for the next day. My husband ordered the Tuscan Seafood and he loved it. No surprise we didn’t have room for dessert. We would highly recommend Charlie’s. It is one of our go to’s in Lake George.

    We had a great experience! Both dinner and hanging out at the fire pit rentals after we're the perfect way to spend the evening! Dinner was excellent, from appetizers to entrees to the sumptuous dessert - everything was impeccable and you could not beat the stunning view of the lake. Highly recommend!
