The appetizers were truly impressive. It would be even better if the staff could be trained to explain the dining sequence after serving the dishes, such as suggesting which dish to start with. You can clearly see the chef’s or founder’s dedication to plating, but the lack of staff training significantly detracts from the overall dining experience. This restaurant is definitely worth bringing foreign guests to for experiencing Taiwanese mullet roe cuisine. The dining time is 90 minutes, which felt quite short, likely because greetings and conversations delayed ordering, compressing the actual dining time. As a result, three dishes were brought to the table all at once. That’s partly on us, but it would help if the waitstaff could proactively take orders to speed things up. Not sure why the soup bowl’s lid was placed into the soup itself. The fried rice, unfortunately, had cooled down due to being left on the table too long, resulting in an oily aftertaste. The final dessert, the osmanthus jelly, was highly appreciated by the guests, but the salty flavors dessert shocked the taste buds, leaving the dessert without proper balance. It’s truly a pity that there was no explanation of the dishes, as it undermined the chef’s thoughtful efforts.

舒服雷果然名不虛傳，非常好吃。因低消規定一人一杯飲料，但是為了達到低消必須點的飲料，若能再加強就完美了！

食物推鴨肉鮭魚卵雙丼飯，炸牛蒡也很好吃。氣氛、服務等，一切都很好，甚至音樂也放得很好聽，會想再造訪。

迪化半日茶屋的美麗後院是我想來的第一要素，因為是非假日，所以蠻安靜的，我點的是一壺阿里山金宣，再加檸檬蛋糕，邊喝茶邊欣賞茶屋的整體美麗環境，度過了悠哉的下午，還會再來。
