The waiter was very good. Made excellent recommendations serving us on time and hot food. The food was good but we’ve had better there in the past. The seafood marinara over gluten free was a great suggestion for me. Plenty of seafood was excellent but the tomato sauce was too heavy and thick for my liking. Mahi mahi crab imperial was excellent!! The charcuterie board was mixed some of the meat was just ok. The cheese was fabulous. Wine was fantastic. Thanks so much we’ll be back soon

What an absolute pleasure it is to dine at Santorini!!!! My wife and I consider ourselves to be fortunate every time we return to this gem of a restaurant. It’s beautiful and welcoming atmosphere immediately draws you in. The service is always exceptional. Most importantly, the food is the best in the area, with the only exception being its sister restaurant, Venezia, which has food that is equally delicious. And the food is consistently outstanding every time we visit. If you prefer a BYOB, go to Venezia. If you prefer a full service restaurant with a bar, go to Santorini. You’ll be glad yo did!!! We look forward to returning soon.

I don’t know what was better, the food or the service!!!!! Everything was amazing.

Service: professional, attentive, very friendly. Food: nice presentation with great twists on classics (Cali Turkey Club was terrific). Ambiance: wonderful combination of a modern bar/restaurant, hometown sports bar with ample TVs everywhere including at booths, plus the live music was fantastic. Summary: If you are in the mood for a cool spot, great food, a great sports bar, or great live music, Fairview checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it.
