A truly exemplary experience! The food, service and ambiance was outstanding! A memorable meal.

We were traveling on the day of our anniversary and I was concerned we might end up celebrating it at Cracker Barrel. Who knew this gem existed in Florence, SC? From the very beginning the experience, the service, the food were all outstanding. We were greeted with a sign and a signed card congratulating us on our anniversary and given a complementary glass of champagne. The food was unique and delicious. The local pea based hummus was delicious and I had a hanger steak, a unique menu item to be sure, which was fantastic, as was my wife's salmon. A great anniversary celebration from start to finish - I'm just sorry we don't live in Florence to visit more often.

Visit this location! It is not often that I leave a restaurant with an overall feeling of "that was worth every dime!" Well, Mother's Day 2025, I did! Dasia was our waitress, and she left my family feeling catered to and me, as a Mom, appreciated. Dasia demonstrated service in the most outstanding way! She smiled, was polite, and showed patience with a party of five on a busy Sunday afternoon. It is rare to go to any restaurant on Mother's Day expecting anything less than a short-tempered wait staff and subpar food. We had the polar opposite experience traveling back from our weekend getaway. The manager even came out to check on tables in our seating area, even with a packed-out facility. If we are ever near Sumter, SC in the future, we will dine at Red Lobster again because of the management and waitresses like Dasia. P.S. I received a single-stem rose from Dasia during my meal. Impressive customer service, to say the least. She came to work prepared to offer her customers more than what money could pay for - personality and a positive attitude! She was the perfect example to my 12-year-old daughter, who will be working in the near future. "If you are good to people, the goodness will be returned to you!"
