Restaurants near State Game Lands Number

Every time we go there it’s the same thing……great service great food chef Chris once again does an excellent job. He took time from his busy schedule to come to our table and talk to us WOW very personable you won’t be sorry!

1st time here. Food selection was awesome. Appetizers were diverse and plentiful, so much that we opted for all appetizers instead of entrees. The wings were my top pick, crispy and came with six different sauces. Chocolate barbecue, bleu cheese, ranch, chipotle honey and buffalo. Rueben Perogies that had mild sauerkraut and ham cubes under the potato filled dumplings. The iceberg wedge was amazing with a thicker balsamic glaze under wedge and big crumbles of bleu cheese and thick cut bacon pieces. Our server, Tammie was the greatest. Warm knew the menu and suggested the apps and weren’t disappointed. I’d return for the wings and Tammie!!!

After previewing the menu before we arrived, we skipped right to the dinner menu, as we do not prefer typical bar food. I was glad we made a reservation several days earlier, as I believe that is why we received a nice table by a window with a view of the park. I had the short ribs and he had the filet. Both were very good and prepared well. His filet was cooked more medium rather than mid rare, but was still very good. Portions were good sized. The chocolate sauces and coco sprinkle on items were tasty and definitely added to the dish, and made this restaurant special. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the food, but the alcohol was a bit expensive.

Overpriced menu, not much of a celebration for a first time customer on their birthday. Could have had a better table than sitting in the middle of the facility which made it hard to hear the staff and each other.

Service was good. Food was ok. Overall good value though,
