Restaurantes cerca de St Pauli Reeperbahn

Siamo arrivati al ristorante come gruppo di sei persone. Purtroppo siamo stati sistemati nella parte più interna e poco illuminata del locale. Alla nostra richiesta di unire i tavoli ci è stato risposto che, per motivi organizzativi, non era possibile. Nonostante ci fossero tavoli liberi, non è stata proposta un’alternativa più adatta. La qualità dei piatti ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, tuttavia riteniamo che ci sia margine di miglioramento per quanto riguarda l’approccio al cliente e l’esperienza complessiva.

We were 15 people for an event of visiting our friends from abroad. It was very nice environment and tasty foods. I usually visit Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg time to time, but this time with a big group and again it was very very good time for us and we enjoyed every moment we stayed there. Thanks to staff for their English and Deutsch support all the time.

Die besten Ramen in ganz Hamurg! Die Vorspeisen sind auch lecker, aber sehr teuer.

Tolle Aussicht und nettes Ambiente auf der Terasse. Das Essen war ok, könnte aber schöner gestaltet werden. So hat man zB die Wahl zwischen Fisch und Fleisch und ordert die Beilagen extra. Es kommt aber auch alles separat und ergibt kein Ensemble. Es gibt leider auch keine Appetithäpchen oder Brot vorweg. Und wenn man Brot zum Salat ordert, wird das Extra berechnet - das ist mir wirklich zu kleinlich bei den Preisen.
