Cooper's Hawk is one of my go-to places. Service can be hit and miss. Today was a big hit.. "Paige" was excellent - probably one of the very best, if not the best I have had at this location. Food is always great and today was no exception. My friend and I were celebrating our May birthdays and it was just a lovely day.

As always, our experience at Silas was spot-on perfect. The cocktails were amazing, the food was fresh and creative, and the service? Impeccable. While we’ve consistently had great service no matter who’s taken care of us, we always ask for Sarah Birt. She’s truly a standout. Her recommendations are always on point, she knows the menu inside and out, and her personality makes the whole evening feel that much more enjoyable. She’s a big part of why we keep coming back. Also—can we talk about that pineapple upside-down cake? Absolute perfection. The kind of dessert that makes you stop mid-conversation just to savor every bite. We feel so lucky to have a place like Silas this close to home. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a special experience, time and time again.

The food is top notch, and our server helps enhance an already great experience.

We had late notification on menu change but, the personal attention from the dtaff more than made up for that.
