We went for my husbands birthday. Started with bread and flavored oil that was amazing. The lobster bisque and the delmonico are next level. The rest of the food we had was average. Only issue with service was having to ask for silverware twice and I sat for almost ten minutes waiting for a soup spoon. Other than that..Francesco’s does not disappoint

We are “frequent fliers” at Cooper’s Hawk. If it’s of interest, we are not wine club members. We love the consistently high quality of their food & service; we often dine in a variety of their locations in both Illinois & Arizona and appreciate knowing it will be a good experience. C.H. is also accommodating when we dine with a friend who is vegan, modifying his entree to meet his needs. The menu always offers a great selection for every mood & occasion. Last night’s meal was typically great for all four of us. (Two couples.) The food was wonderful, there was a happy vibe in the dining room, and our server, Zachary, was outstanding. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience there. 👍🏻👍🏻

It was wonderful afternoon. We sat at a window table and the view was beautiful. The food was delicious. We had a hard time deciding what to eat, it all sounded so good. We will definitely come back to try another dish!

Food and drinks were great! Our server was fantastic! The only complaint that we have is when we arrived we were sat outside, which was fine. We asked our server if we could sit on the lower level for the better view. She told us that they couldn’t open that section due to being short staffed. Perfectly understandable! She said they might be able to open it up later. After the meal we wanted to stay and have a couple more drinks and noticed that people were beginning to sit on the lower level. So we asked our server again and we even said we will go to the bar ourselves and she wouldn’t need to check on us. She said that was fine! So we headed down there and another employee very rudely approached us and said we couldn’t sit anywhere down there due to all of the tables being reserved. How did it go from not available to anyone to being totally reserved as soon as it was opened? Didn’t make sense and that employee was NOT friendly at all.

Food was super good. Service was excellent. Nice to sit down and enjoy dinner without being rushed. So sorry I forgot our waitress name. She was EXCELLENT!!
