From the moment we were seated, the warm ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for a memorable evening. The menu showcased the best of the Pacific Northwest, and our choices did not disappoint. The Northwest free-range chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with fresh, local flavors that highlighted the region’s bounty. The Thai seafood stew was a standout—vibrant, aromatic, and packed with fresh seafood in a rich, perfectly spiced broth that left us savoring every spoonful. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, which was an absolute delight with its creamy texture and perfectly caramelized crust. Paired with two expertly brewed coffees, it was the ideal finish to an incredible meal. The service was impeccable, with staff who were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about creating a wonderful experience. The stunning views and elegant setting only added to the charm of the evening. We can’t wait to return to Salish Lodge for another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend! This restaurant is always on my schedule when visiting the area. The food is outstanding every time, with a lot of thought & detail into each plate. The staff are well educated on all matters of the menu, and helpful and descriptive. The chef came to visit with kindness and genuine passion for the food on our table. There is something special to dine in a place that is loved by their staff. I have been going here for a few years now, and I am happy to be greeted by the same familiar smiling faces. Whatever they are doing to create such a wonderful experience, I certainly hope it never ends!
