Restaurants near Southdale Shopping Center

What a beautiful addition to the Baltimore food scene. The outdoor areas are good for all ages, including kids! Food was outstanding. We started with fried mushrooms and beets. Two of us had the petite filets. Cooked perfectly and great potatoes. The others had lobster, pasta ragout, falafel salad and rockfish. All the entrees were superb. We saved room for dessert. Blueberry cobbler, key lime pie and the divine bread pudding. Nice selection of cocktails, beer and wine. We will return!

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Maryland. I might go as far as to say this is the best Italian restaurant in the states but I have not tried them all yet. After 10 days in Italy last year this is the only Italian restaurant that brings back that feeling for me. Great service, high quality house made everything, and a wonderful ambiance. Glen Burnie’s best kept secret.

This was our first visit to this restaurant; it was my husband’s birthday. The food was delicious from the bread on the table to the entree. The ambiance was great, and our server was very attentive. We will be back on a busier day to compare (it was a Monday evening), but I imagine the experience will be just as good.

The sushi presentation and taste (according to my boyfriend) was excellent. My entree, however, took a lot longer than the sushi. As someone who doesn’t eat seafood, this was the only issue I had with the place. The service for everything else was great, and we’ll definitely visit again!
