Clementine serves weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner every night on our main floor and patio (weather permitting) until at least 9PM.     Just imagine the luxury associated with traveling all day in rain, slippery road conditions, and heavy traffic only to end up at this phenomenal restaurant. It’s not just the ease of making the reservation, or being greeted by a wonderful, welcoming human being. It’s the diversified menu, the eclectic and fun cocktails, in addition to a wine list that is small but boastful of great offerings. While you will sit down and enjoy one of the most delightful meals you’ve ever had, the only thing that enhances your experience is the wonderful staff. Kind, attentive, professional, and engaging. I’ve had the privilege of living all over the world and there is nothing better than visiting your favorite small town and having a meal in a restaurant like this that makes you feel like you are always welcome. Please, travel through this area and make sure you always add this establishment to your list.

    We visited Charlottesville for our anniversary and were so glad we did. We really enjoyed our dinner at Public and my husband said the oysters were fresh and very good. They have a great selection of whiskey and bourbon that we enjoyed as well. The host was kind and accommodating!
