Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. Great evening! Great service and great food! Grateful to be outside however! Noise level inside was deafening… would have never survived the dining experience. Always recommend Crave… just inside noise needs to be addressed.
