The chefs at Kaigetsu obtain rare vegetables from Hiroshi farmers and prepare them in innovative ways to create exciting new dishes. Not only are the vegetables used in this cuisine healthy for the body and mind, but they are also packed with flavor and visually pleasing on the plate. Kaigetsu’s popular menu items include jellyfish salad, fried Kirishima chicken and mackerel. Two set menu options are available. The Omakase course offers nine to ten dishes, while a lighter course includes seven dishes at a lower price. Kaigetsu also offers a cookery class, where students can learn professional methods of food preparation.
