First time visit to CIA and American Bounty. Will definitely return. The variety of dishes on the menu was amazing. Tasted different foods that we never had before. An incredible experience. The food preparation and presentation was outstanding. Great job to the CIA staff and students.

Once again we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Tonight reservation for six with a great table, a bit big so due to energetic level of restaurant a bit hard to hear, but not bad at all. Greeted warmly seated quickly, served efficiently and never ever feeling rushed we a great time. Appetizers of Clams Oreganata (a bit small), Beef Tartar, Fried Calamari and fresh lump crab meat, all were wonderful. Entrees of Veal Marsala, Double cut pork chop, Rib eye chop, Chicken Chow Bella cooked perfectly to temperature and well seasoned. Decent wine list of which we enjoyed a couple bottles, excellent bar cocktail menu and wonderful desert menu. Always enjoy the atmosphere, the staff and of course the food quality. Looking forward to the next night out at this location.
