Best meal (and cheapest) we had in Carlow. Mimosa was highly recommended online, so we booked dinner one of the nights when staying in Tullow. It was the best meal we had all week, and the staff were great. There wasn't a single bad dish, and there was a really nice pace for the arrival of the food. Nothing bad to say, we will be making a return here again.

Visiting from Manhattan and so lucky to have found a perfect neighborhood spot for an easy and delicious lunch. Friendly team, pub atmosphere without typical overboard pub atmosphere, and great homemade hand cut fries accompanying the mains. Wish we lived in town so we could come by often.
