Food and cocktails were exceptionally well executed and true to their theme and description on the menu. Staff was incredible all around and went the extra mile to make this an extremely special experience. From out of town, but anytime I’m back near Bennington. This is a must. 

Max and Sunny and the whole Copper Grouse staff were amazing and really made our trip to Manchester. Planned on one meal over the weekend and ended up going four times. Warm, friendly, delicious.

They had just reopened and ran out of my first requested dish, lamb cassoulet. Slightly annoying - but the dish I had was great and it's understandable that they would run out of dishes while breaking in a new menu

Fabulous restaurant. We ate dinner there three times on our recent trip to Bennington. Alyssa was excellent for the first two and her equally excellent colleague assisted us on the third evening. The food was delicious and abundant especially the salad bar. The restaurant is in a beautiful area with scenic views everywhere with their multiple windows. I have eaten at this restaurant in the distant past with my family when I was younger and the standards have been kept high all these years. The whole staff was kind and friendly which added to the experience. Will return again when in the area.

An exceptional dining experience. immaculate and friendly service and the food was simply incredible. Two of us shared two different fish dishes - salmon and haddock - which were both tremendous. In fact the haddock may have been the best I've ever had! Super highly recommend this restaurant.
