I don’t like open table it’s non user friendly. I made reservations for 3 then our plans added one more person. Open table to go back in to change the reservation was requiring a new reservation. That made the time leading up to the dinner less exciting and led up to more anxiety for what was to be an exciting fun evening. Needless to say there was no one to help either on the phone or thru a chat. I can’t imagine myself using open table again

The reservation system worked well. It was Valentine's Day and we were seated way ahead of others who had to wait more than an hour per the hostess. We'll worth doing. The food was a little salty so next time we'll tell them to restrict it some. Good food - good service - good ambiance. It was worth it.
