- CCatherineWashington, D.C. Area •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe arrived towards the end of brunch, but we’re greeted with a big smile. The food was enjoyable and delicious. Our waitress was professional, and on top of things we sat at the chefs counter, which is always a fun thing to do. I recommend this restaurant and it’s a great location.More infoBrasserie la BanquePrice: Moderate• French• Downtown Charleston•4.6
- GGood2dineSouth Carolina •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFantastic meal celebrating a birthday at the Oak Steakhouse. Service was great and all of our fillets were perfect. We chose quite a few sides; whipped mashed potatoes, cornbread, macaroni, truffle fries (yum), carrots (could have been cooked more, very hard, creamed spinach (yum). Saved the best to last; the triple layered chocolate cake, crème brûlée and bread pudding! Overall experience excellent!More infoOak Steakhouse - CharlestonPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Downtown Charleston•4.7

The newly added to the menu raviolo was buttery and delicious. The whole fish was perfectly prepared and possibly the best whole fish entree I've ever had. Pot d'creme dessert was perfect. Every server with whom we interacted was professional, knowledgeable and helpful -- especially our lead server, Derrick. The atmosphere was lively without being loud. Overall one of the best dining experiences I can remember.More infoThe EstablishmentPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.8

Enjoyed a bit of history during our visit. John was attentive but not overbearing. Great evening and we’ll definitely return.More infoChurch and Union - CharlestonPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5
