    We went because it was the only Supper club open on a Monday. Our expectations were low. To our surprise they knocked it out of the park! Everything was amazing from the drinks to the service to the food. We live an hour away and it was well worth the trip!

    This newer Cooper's Hawk had a lovely ambiance and great service. We enjoyed the Tri steaks, pork chops, chicken and NY Strip. The Wasabi mashed potatoes were delicious too. We were celebrating a birthday and the server remembered to bring our Creme brulee. While it was a bit pricey with only sharing a flight of wine--it was worth it. We will be back!

    Cobb salad was amazing and wine selection from my waitress was superb; complimented my food selection perfectly. The service from beginning to end top notch. Will definitely be back.

    What a delightful way to catch up with old friends on a beautiful day! Enjoyable outdoor seating area. Good service. Great food. Our group enjoyed various burgers & were not disappointed. The crispy Brussel sprouts are a crowd pleaser. Wonderful gluten removed beers. My personal favorite is the Doc Rae Scotch Ale. Life is better at Explorium Brewpubs!
