Restaurants near Schulenburg Park

I enjoyed a delightful lunch with my friend. I would have given 5 stars for every category, but the ambiance was negatively affected by the extremely cold AC. That aside, we loved the Bread of Life. Everyone talks about it, and it is worth the conversation. Next we each had beer cheese soup which needed some fresh pepper, and then shared a delicious watermelon salad. Everything was superb. Kevin our server, was attentive and helpful. He correctly described the Rhuberry Cosmo which I highly recommend. I'll go back. My friend was pleased to be given a vegan menu after Kevin inquired about our food preferences.

Table service excellent, tasty breakfast hash with eggs prepared to perfection

Matchsticks was great. Wife and I went there on a date night and had a great atmosphere. Dana was a terrific server. She made great recommendations on what to have. I got the short rib and wife got the sea bass and both were terrific.

We did the first Mixology class with Curtis - it was so fun...do another!

Came here for brunch. Food was good. Vibe/decor was great. Need some work on the kids options for brunch, but owner was receptive when we talked to her about it so I’m hopeful that will improve! Overall a good experience.
