Had a birthday dinner here. Wonderful service and treatment for a special occasion. Food service, timing & quality was superior. Staff extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for fine dining. Worth all the costs and will definitely return in the future.

We absolutely loved our meal, wine & the amazing ambience! We would highly recommend & we will definitely be returning. We also stayed the night at the hotel so it was great not having to leave the property for dinner. And the complementary buffet breakfast in the morning was so delicious and everything served was hot and fresh tasting! Loved our whole experience. 5 stars!

Food was top notch I had the salmon dish it was fantastic. My wife had the tomahawk pork chop it was so flavorful. My mother-in-law had the pan seared scallops they were great too. Service was great they were on top of everything and the drinks were fantastic. What a great experience we will definitely be heading back here.

We booked a table in the Florence room where we knew it would be quieter than the raw bar room. Had a great table and super server. Celebrating a birthday we had quite amazing cocktail options, each in our party had a different one and each said theirs was perfect. Tried the oysters then split a caesar salad. Once again each of us chose a different main course and were delighted with our choices. special occasion dessert was presented and all 4 of us got to share in it. Would highly recommend Giancarlos.

The server forgot to submit my husband’s dinner order, so he had to wait for his meal while the rest of us ate. However, she gave us a $10 gift card before we left.
