Amazing food and service. Dined here with my husband and our 3 and 1 year old last night.

Over the past three years my wife and I have visited Joe’s about four times. Each time we had cold food arriving at our table. We had asked for the manager and he or she had replaced the food, but each time the dinner came out of the kitchen as cold as the first time. Each time we had visited the restaurant it was our anniversary. That made us very disappointed. Yesterday was our anniversary and decided that we would go one more time. We were very excited to get a very nice and hot meal. In a pleasant atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. We were very happy to have a very nice meal that was a great. The food was AMAZING! We had smashburgers, crispy chicken sandwich, and chips and queso. Then played games for 2 hours with the eat and play combo. Will definitely be going back.

We had a great experience at Ember and Elm. Lulu was our server and she was great. She had wonderful recommendations and was familiar with the menu. We had cocktails and dinner. The restaurant was peaceful and not very busy on a Friday night which was great. The food was good and portion sizes were perfect. Overall it was a great evening and enjoyable time. We also have diamond passes for Dollywood and that helped with the value of the meal and drinks.
