I’ve been here a few times and have enjoyed the experience every time. The ambiance is lovely. The place is clean. The service is good - servers are patient, attentive and helpful. The food is delectable! It’s great for families, date night or special events.

So our friends and I have been boasting about The Ramp for a few years now to my wife #ghoulatheart. We finally get her to the Ramp and wouldn’t you know they get her order wrong. Beef stroganoff is what is brought to the table instead of the lasagna. The rest of us had to wait for her to get her food. Not sure what the kitchen was doing that night (Saturday) but their saving grace is that she really enjoyed the dish. Our waiter Michelle was very apologetic. First impressions is everything. Maybe it was a glitch in the matrix. I encourage the kitchen management to read every ticket twice for accuracy. Thank you
