We’ve been to 1776 for many years and always had a nice time. Last night we went there for our anniversary which was recognized but no special discounts or “desserts”. The service was great. The food was a bit below what we’ve seen before. My husband did not care for the sauce on the lamb (why would you ruin the delicate taste of lamb with a sauce?) and the mahi was rather tasteless. In a small room, it’s hard to avoid the noise, but it was quite noisy-maybe it’s just our age

Always a great experience , however Lacey is an exceptional server! I will ask for her every time I come! We come often, this evening we had the Tuna shashimi, drunken shrimp and Brussels sprouts. All fantastic and gluten free! Our wine choice for the evening was Bandera. We will definitely be back!

Great experience for a birthday dinner with friends

For my palate, the lasagna was the best I have ever had. Other members in the party stated their food was excellent. Very comfortable dinning plus you can easily hear your table’s conversation. Great ambiance
