Pizza is a family affair for me. My Uncle arrived in America in the 1930s with a passion for pizza. He worked hard and eventually bought his own pizzeria in Brooklyn. It was there that Uncle invented a recipe for coal oven pizza. That recipe has been perfected over 60 years and passed down through the generations. Here in Philadelphia you can dine at 2 Pietro's locations: 1714 Walnut Street, and Radnor, Pa. I hope that you enjoy our classic style pizzas and pasta specialties "alla familia" for many years to come. Buon appetito

We are foodies and this place is an amazing mix of food that feels like home but is just unique and creative enough that I feel like my taste buds are trying something completely new. The short rib rigatoni may be top 3 best pasta dishes I have ever had. Drinks were solid. We enjoyed the lemon crème brûlée for dessert. We can’t wait to go back! Also everyone was super friendly and the service was a 10/10. Absolutely recommend.

Very busy Saturday. Steak tartare was excellent, croque monsieur was delicious and loved the dressing on the little salad. The salmon tartaine was ok - would have liked it on a different bread as it was too crusty to cut through. Service was excellent and love the little bread basket that they give you to start

This is a favorite place for us. The pub vibe works well for both family dinners out (older kids) or time with friends. This visit we did afternoon tea for a birthday and it didn't disappoint. Both sweet and savory items were delicious.

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines a unique atmosphere with delicious food, the Continental Midtown in Philadelphia is a must-visit. Nestled in the vibrant Rittenhouse Square area, this eclectic spot offers a delightful mix of modern and retro vibes, making it a perfect place for any occasion. One of the standout dishes at the Continental Midtown is the Tomato-Burrata Giant Tostada. The creamy burrata, fresh tomatoes, and crisp tostada create a perfect bite that is both refreshing and indulgent - and it's big enough to share with the entire table. Another highlight is the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. These wraps are packed with flavor and offer a healthy yet satisfying option. The tender chicken, the crunch of fresh vegetables, and the zing of the accompanying sauce make for a delightful meal. For those craving something heartier, the Chicken Parm is a must-try. This classic dish is elevated with a perfectly cooked chicken cutlet, rich vodka sauce, and melted mozzarella. It's comfort food at its finest. The Teriyaki Salmon is another dish that showcases Continental Midtown's culinary prowess. The salmon is cooked to perfection, and a beautifully glazed teriyaki sauce adds a savory-sweet flavor profile. This dish is both elegant and delicious. Beyond the food, the Continental Midtown's atmosphere is truly something special. The rooftop seating offers stunning city views, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a fun night out with friends. The interior design is quirky and fun, with a mix of retro furnishings and modern touches that create a lively and inviting ambiance. (And you must check out the two-way mirrors in the downstairs restrooms!) Overall, Continental Midtown offers a unique dining experience that combines fantastic food and a unique atmosphere. Whether you're in the mood for a light bite or a hearty meal, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend giving it a try!
