En février 2008, le groupe Fine Dining Restaurant, célèbre pour son Rendezvous Bistro et le Q Roadhouse, a apporté les saveurs de l'Italie à Jackson Hole avec l'ouverture de Il Villaggio Osteria. Celui-ci est situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Terra, le premier établissement certifié LEED de l'État et seulement le cinquième aux États-Unis.
