We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great. We had a good time and the food is good value.

We were seated at a table outside next to the river. It was just awesome. A little windy at times but we all loved it. I had the tacos and muscles. I know they were appetizers but it made a great dinner for me. The single malt scotch I ordered was a little pricey and I would have been better off getting a nice beer. My wife had the flat iron steak and loved it. She had a nice bottle of red wine from France that was excellent. They have a great wine list. The restaurant is in a really nice hotel so you’re already feeling special before you walk into this lovely restaurant. Great experience! We’re going to make this place a regular stop when we’re in town.

Once again I made a lunch reservation for my friend and I. It was her 92nd birthday and we just love coming here to sit by the river and enjoy the scenery and a bit of old Reno! It is a special treat to come here , it’s a bit more expensive than regular restaurants but we don’t mind paying a bit extra for the view and outdoor ambiance not to mention the food. I usually have the shrimp tacos but today I tried the blackened chicken Po’boy sandwich. It was delicious! Just enough spice to give it bit of a kick and the creole sauce was perfect. Of course the house made kettle chips always yummy. My friend had the turkey sandwich , no cheese, and was delighted at how much turkey was piled on the toasted bread along with bacon. She brought half home to have for dinner. As for me I ate my whole sandwich. Pauline was our server and very sweet and adept. I had mentioned in making my reservation that it was a birthday celebration and Pauline informed us that we got a free dessert on the house. We chose the lemon raspberry mousse parfait- it was light and refreshing and hit the spot. So again the Wild River Grille was perfection for us today! We will return for sure! Thank you for our fabulous lunch and great service! I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited to eat my lunch!

My meal was great I had scallops and they were very tasty and I really liked the dessert and the service was very friendly

We had a wonderful dinner after an event at the Pioneer Theater. Delicious roasted beet salad with arugula and goat cheese to start, followed by my marscapone ravioli and my husband's chicken parmasean. Spumoni for desert. The food was excellent and our server was attentive and gracious. Definitely a great meal.
