Located in the basement of the historic Red Brick Inn, this once-speakeasy now legally sells local drafts, bourbons and wines, domestic bottles, and delicious craft cocktails. Boyd's is not a restaurant. There is no regular menu, but food specials will be offered most nights and the food will change weekly. Kitchen closes at 8 pm.     We went at 5:00, before the show at Badgett Playhouse at 7:00. We sat on the patio, had a beautiful view of Kentucky Lake as the sun was going down. There was no wind and a few sailboats were on the lake. It was very warm on the deck, but as soon as the sun started dropping it started cooling down. We both ordered the filet, they have the best filet in the area. It was cooked perfectly, and our baked potatoes and salads were great too! We will definitely be returning.
