Restaurant was outstanding and unique with regard to cosine in Rehoboth Delaware. Dim Sum is excellent comparable to or better than we have had at other Chinese places. Waiter made a few order mistakes but was new to the staff and learning. Resolve without incident. Noise level low enough to carry on a table conversation without straining your ears in listening. We certainly will go there again.
