We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. The Ole Ole family is passionate about food and dedicated on delivering exceptional service in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Samba Brazil is a Brazilian rodizio + grill with an "all-you-can-eat" restaurant service style. Customers pay a fixed price and the passadores regularly come to the tables with skewers of various quality cuts of meat, most commonly beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and sometimes exotic meats.The meats are served right off the cooking spit and are sliced at the table directly onto each customers plate several times throughout the course of the meal. Genuine Spanish tapas. We could have been in Spain! Excellent staff and service. However, we did find the ali--oli a little vinegary and the tortilla espanola could have been improved with more egg in it. The non-alcoholic sangria had changed since our last visit and not for the better, according to my wife! The regular sangria was perfect for a hot sunny day as it was, according to me! We would have enjoyed the background music more if it had been all Spanish. A live Spanish guitarist would have made it the complete experience!

Absolutely brilliant food, i heard it was a new menu that came out this week, and oh my god was it to die for!! Cannot wait to come back here!
