Waiter did an excellent job and food preparation was outstanding

Adrian was very attentive and the rest of the wait staff were excellent. Food was terrific, perfect prime rib and steaks, lots of variety in the vegetables etc. really enjoyed our meal.

In a word, exquisite. This is a Waterton gem that serves fantastic food with excellent service. We were impressed. The caprese salad was spectacular and flavorful—a treat for the taste buds. The presentation was excellent, too. We loved everything about this restaurant, especially the oversized black-and-white photos on the wall.

The Afternoon Tea experience was very special. The view from our table by the window was beautiful and our server was as attentive as she could be with the tables she was managing. The number of courses was good, and we had enough to eat, despite the portions being quite small. The server made our tea experience very special, for my husband's birthday. We'd love to come back to the stately Prince of Wales Hotel.

A little noisy inside with the live music, but great on the patio. Do listen to Arianna when she recommends a menu item. Hint: the bison stew is outstanding
