Ye Olde Punchbowl Inn is certainly Ye Olde, even by the standards of British country pubs.     Our first visit which wont be the last. Gray food, catered for GF, good service exp by the guy behind the bar (good personality & efficient). Really enjoyed it and good value for money.

    Absolutely outstanding food. Clean and very modern. Beautiful cocktails. There was only one problem with our visit. The staffing levels were inadequate for the amount of diners. But the staff who were there, were amazing and coped very well. Bravo to them. That did not detract anything from our visit. We really enjoyed our night celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. We will be returning. No doubt about that.

    As always, an excellent dining experience: from service to food to ambience and value. Of course it’s not a cheap place in any sense but then you get what you pay for. Still the best restaurant in Birmingham.

    Welcoming reception by friendly staff. Food was served efficiently and very tasty. Set overlooking the river the restaurant was perfect for the birthday occasion

    Lovely staff and service. Nothing was too much trouble even though the drinks order was slightly different it was remedied immediately. Even got seated elsewhere as one of my guests were being quite particular. Food was lovely and plenty of it 😋
