Incredible views are a main attraction of this classy restaurant. The fried calamari was crunchy on the outside and tender on the chew. The best salad was a delightful change of pace. My pork chop was very good and Val’s scallop and shrimp over spinach was a little too spicy for her taste, but she finished all of it. Overall very good, but a tad expensive.

We ordered salmon, halibut and shrimp entrees. All delicious. I ordered two fish tacos. There was ample fish and tasties to make me glad I did. Servers always pleasant and responsive.

The restaurant is staffed by amiable and helpful servers. The chef produces excellent food. I am disabled and the signage for where to find the elevator required an unnecessary search . That difficulty required us to make an attitude adjustment upon finally being seated. A dumb customer relations obstacle. Brussel Sprouts were delicious. Oysters perfectly done. Crab cakes were balanced toward the crab! And the Caramel Basket was fun, different and yummy.

Another outstanding visit to Vista! One of the very best view spots on the Central Coast. Finally tried the smoked salmon flatbread appetizer and it was delicious! Capers and red onions but missing one ingredient that would really elevate it over the top... add a nicely seasoned creme fraiche drizzle over the entire flatbread! Please?! Short ribs were predictably outstanding! We'll be back often!

My wife and I had the calamari appetizer and the surf and turf for two. Generous portion of calamari with fried jalapeños was very tasty and not too spicy without too much batter. The surf and turf was very good. The filet mignon medium-rare was cooked to perfection with a tasty red wine reduction. The lobster tail was great. We were given a complimentary creme brulee for our anniversary topped with fresh strawberry and blueberries - very creamy and delicious way to end the meal. Would definitely eat here again!
