Arasibo Steakhouse fue fundado en el 2015 por el Municipio de Arecibo. En 2019, el entonces alcalde de la ciudad, Carlos Molina decide poner en venta el local y se lo ofrece a Nelson González Pacheco porque entendía que tenía la capacidad de elevar la experiencia al próximo nivel. Se concretó la adquisición y en febrero de ese mismo año, comenzamos a operar el restaurante.
