Restaurants near Premier Luxury at Grand Plaza

First time dining here and LOVED everything about the restaurant! Food, service and ambiance were all wonderful! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect. From the ambiance and vibe to the food itself— some of the best food we had during our stay in Chicago. Our waiter was fantastic. Highly recommend the grilled octopus and the bucatini! Spicy dirty martini (No. 3) was to die for.

Overall decent, bar and drinks good. Apps overall good (meatballs, garlic bread). Entrees: chicken parm somewhat pedestrian, crab pasta and branzino very well executed. Desserts good, especially donuts and mini ice cream cones, carrot cake very average and likely frozen prior, Tiramisu decent. Service too slow and poorly timed, waited 20 mins for apps and what seemed like 20 mins for dessert and then waited for the bill to be rung for 10+ minutes. Very polite and proper service, yet server was often socializing and or slow.

My husband and I were celebrating our 4th year wedding anniversary, and from the moment we walked in, the service was GREAT! The greeter was so welcoming. As we checked in, everyone was wishing us a Happy Anniversary. We were promptly seated (although they had a full house). Our waiter Mary was phenomenal! The wait staff was AWESOME! I happened to look around, just looking around the restaurant, and one of the wait staff, gentlemen, saw me, stopped in his tracks, and came over to ask me if we needed anything. Our waitress Mary was so nice and when she was away for a few minutes, she came over to apologize, the thing is... she wasn't gone long. The food was AMAZING!!! Everything just melted in our mouths, the drinks were great, the staff... everything!!! My husband and I picked the perfect place to celebrate. Thank you Joe's for making our special day perfect.
