Great ambiance. Greeted and immediately seated. Service was above average. Waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Our party of 5 all ordered rib eyes of various levels of doneness. Each was delivered perfectly. 3 of us ordered peppercorn sauce on the side and all 3 of us did not like the sauce provided. Steaks were seasoned but not generously. I like mine well seasoned. My steak had 3 areas of hard grizzle that could not be chewed. Black angus cut with little marbling. Mash potatoes were awesome. Tomatoe and grape side dish was very good. French fries were very standard issue. Butter almond cake was incredible.

First time visiting Thyme and I’ll say the whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Our server, Al, was friendly and extremely helpful. From appetizers to entrees and of course cocktails, everything was extremely delicious. And the views from the 7th floor were icing on the cake. Well done to all at Thyme.
