Restaurants near Ponckhockie Union Chapel

Unfortunately, once again service was very poor. This isn't the first time it's happened to us. We literally were seated for a half hour and no one came to us. We went up to the bar and got our own drinks and asked a waitress if we could order food. She said she checked to see who had our table if not, she'd come back. She didn't. We finally got someone else who realized no one had been assigned to our table when the hostess sat us. They apologized profusely and from there on we had good service. I wish I could say this was the first time the service has been that poor, but it's not. Last year they told us they just didn't have enough servers. The food was great. I'd say they improved the menu from last year and the atmosphere can't be beat. But just be prepared to be patient and get your drinks at the bar so at least you have something while you wait

This restaurant never disappoints. The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, the ambiance is great, and the staff is warm and genuine. When I'm in Rhinebeck, I don't think of eating anywhere else.

Nice restaurant and very good food. Service needs attention. We requested two bills, and the waiter mixed up the entire bill. We ended up dividing the bill among parties rather than straighten out the waiter’s errors.

Kip's Tavern is always a delightful experience: excellent food, charming atmosphere, and very good service. It's a favorite.

Food was good , had many options to choose from. Server was great. Cute place. Town is nice but had 2 mins left before 6pm thought we would be ok and we received a $25 parking ticket. They were just waiting for us, :/
