We are frequent travelers and though Minneapolis doesn’t have the worst options for a landlocked state, we typically find better quality elsewhere. Everything at Billy Sushi from the ambiance to the quality of fish and the care of preparation was outstanding. Everybody on staff was so knowledgeable and friendly.
