Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes.     We came down to Morgantown to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Our reservation was for 8 people, we were late, arrived at different times, yet the restaurant could not have been more accommodating. Lovely table on the outside patio. Service was excellent, Harley is an exceptional server. His recommendations were wonderful. We ordered several appetizers and cocktails which did not disappoint. The dinners themselves were also fabulous. Ambiance of the establishment is pure charm. Also, amazing value for what we ordered. Cannot wait to return.

    The restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent as well as the service. We sat outside and the view was gorgeous. The noise level was a little high and if was difficult to hear conversations, but other than that a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Great service and great food! Enjoyed dinner on the outdoor patio. Warm temps, but outdoor fans created enough breeze. One of our local favorites. Table was already set and ready upon arrival by holding table using OpenTable, appreciated!
