Restaurants near Casa del Consulado

The bone marrow appetizer was very good. Also, the sea bass was also very good.

We had a hard time finding the restaurant, which may have been partly due to our own inattention. Since we don’t speak English very well, communication with the staff was not always easy. Still, there were a few issues that were not language-related. For example, I ordered a hamburger that came with unsalted fries. The staff seemed quite young and inexperienced, and we weren’t given a physical menu—only a QR code, which made things more complicated for us. Overall, the concept of the restaurant is good, but today it felt like there was a lack of coordination and harmony.

From the moment we arrived early we were treated as very special guests. The menu is so special that we have decided to dine there again before returning home. The meal began with an amuse bouche. We chose the goat sweetbreads and croquette for appetizers and the salmon and paella for our entrees. And even though we were full with no room for dessert, a plate of four chocolate delicacies arrived which were delicious.
