Sometimes the magic of sharing a table with friends over fabulous food and wonderful wine can be elevated by a place. Canyon Kitchen has that impact. Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine. Our multi-course menu is offered a la carte and will change regularly, sometime daily, and is enhanced by an extensive wine list and fresh, seasonal cocktails. Excellent experience. The lamb pork chop and steaks were delicious. We tried the hush puppies as an appetizer and they were crunchy and delightful addition to dinner. We will be back!

Fourth time at R&B. Food and service continues top notch. Drink menu is really interesting, especially the "Mountain Mermaid" served in one of the most unique containers we've seen. The trout dip, short ribs, wedge salad and brownie skillet are our favorites. High level of ambient noise continues to be an issue for anyone with hearing challenges. So we ate outside which was quiet and pleasant. R&B might keep some insect repellent on hand for patio diners.
