The food and atmosphere were outstanding. They seemed to be struggling with service. We ordered cocktails and a starter. We also asked for water. Nothing came to our table for quite a while. Then our starter was dropped off without any side plates, napkins, or cutlery. I had to ask a passing server for napkins and cutlery. I also asked for water. Again. About 5 minutes later our cocktails arrived. The shrimp starter and the cocktails were fantastic! Still no water. Our server checked on us, and we ordered bread and reminded him about water. The water came and then the bread. Oh, the bread—grilled sourdough with fresh butter. So good! Our entrees arrived, and I had the tandoori mushrooms. They were scrumptious. My husband had the scallops which were very good also. Our empty plates sat for a good bit before someone came along to clear them. We had to ask about dessert. We ordered coffee with the dessert. The dessert was the most delicious deconstructed s’more. I have alpha gal and had to ask if it contained gelatin or not. They checked, and no gelatin. The dessert arrived without coffee. We held off eating as long as we could, but the ice cream (such deliciousness) couldn’t wait. After we had the dessert, our original server came along and said the coffee was still brewing…another 10 minutes passed. The server came back to let us know the coffee was still brewing, and he asked if we wanted our check and let us know there would not be a charge for the coffee. Our coffee was served by someone who appeared to be a manager. She apologized for the disjointed service and took $20 off the bill. I noticed the menu is the winter menu…in May. I’m merely making an observation about that—not complaining because every single thing we put into our mouths was a delight. So the service needs some work; they know it, and they made amends the best they could. Once they get their act together, it is going to be amazing!! We will go back when they get the new menu.

Food is always excellent, our server Stella was fantastic!!

A good experience for my first time at Ella's. My server Dylan was pleasant and professional. The Caesar salad was well prepared. The blackened salmon (which I requested to be "lightly blackened") was excellent. The rice and mushrooms that accompanied the salmon was well seasoned and quite tasty. Overall a nice experience.

The best French dip sandwich ! Everything was delicious, great service

My wife and I decided to spend our anniversary at Red Lobster in Muskogee this past Sunday evening, Jan 9th 2022. We both have had prior visits to other locations, and although we have never really had any bad experiences at any of the Red Lobster locations, we both agreed that this one was by far the best. Our waitress was very polite and prompt to our needs. She wasnt overly annoying nor did she constantly interrupt our conversation, allowing us to enjoy our celebration of yet another year in our marriage. She was very helpful when it came to simple question concerning the menu or even as to how I would pay out after our meal. I highly recommend her as a waitress. We were seated promptly upon our arrival. Seat location was more than appropriate for our dining experience. The atmosphere was perfect. Both of our meals were exceptional. We enjoyed our meal very much. I cant think of anything that was wrong or out of sorts. The cost was well within reason and would find it more than comparable to any other facility in its category. Thank you to those who made our evening very enjoyable. Yes, not only will we return again one day but would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning on an evening of good food and comfort.
